Information you provide

When you request a quote through our website, Facebook or Instagram, or contact us directly, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, postal code, service address, cleaning preferences and preferred visit frequency. We also keep communications and quote or service records associated with your request. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use your information

We use your details to check our service area, discuss your needs, prepare quotes, respond by phone, text or email, and manage agreed services. A quote request does not sign you up for a service plan. Plan pricing, scope, payment and cancellation terms are agreed separately. We do not treat a quote request as permission for unrelated promotional messages.

Service providers and sharing

Our website is hosted through Hostinger. We use Rotor to manage enquiries, customer records and communications, and messaging providers to deliver texts and calls. When you submit a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta also handles your information under its own privacy policy. We share information with service providers as needed to operate these services and fulfil your request. Providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply. We do not sell information collected through our lead forms. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Website and external services

Website hosting and the services you use may process technical information, such as IP address, browser details and cookies, to deliver and protect their services. Links to Facebook, Instagram, Google reviews or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you use them.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to stop contacting you, access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, or request deletion by contacting support@homeyservices.ca. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or to respect an opt-out request. Withdrawing necessary information may prevent us from completing a quote or service.

Retention and protection

We retain information for the purposes described above and applicable legal or recordkeeping needs, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Contact us if you have a concern about your information.
